By way of making amends, why not eschew the well-worn path of 'Footloose' or 'Danger Zone' and instead take in said beard in all its glory - and its accompanying zeitgeisty but ill-advised Cobain-eqsue locks and plaid - in this 1992 outdoor performance of the Doobie Brothers' soft-rock classic 'What A Fool Believes' with Michael McDonald.
